Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant vitals to detect mechanical issues and ensure safety interlocks function properly.
• Generate precise electronic batch tickets for every load.
• Log all system errors, water overrides, and mix design changes.
• Adjust moisture percentages to maintain target water-to-cement ratio.
• Prevent material waste and avoid out-of-spec loads.
• Coordinate with drivers to complete orders efficiently.
• Support milestones with consistent high-quality production outputs.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies at all times.
