Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Batch Plant Operator RMX for a special project in Hubbard, Texas. The role centers on precise concrete batching using automated systems and strict engineering mix designs. Living expenses allowance is provided for this position.

The operator will monitor plant vitals, log batch tickets, and ensure quality production while following safety procedures and working in all weather conditions, including overtime shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch environments with customer service emphasis.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and PC-based systems.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and headsets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant operations and ensure safety interlocks function during maintenance.
• Generate precise electronic batch tickets for every load.
• Log system errors, water overrides, and mix changes electronically.
• Adjust moisture and water to maintain target water-to-cement ratio.
• Prevent material waste and avoid out-of-spec loads.
• Coordinate with drivers to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Maintain high-quality production outputs to support client milestones.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and promote safety culture.
