Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in customer service or dispatch environments.
• Proficient with dispatch systems and basic PC use.
• Experience with automated batching software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant vitals to detect mechanical failures and ensure safety interlocks.
• Generate precise electronic batch tickets for every load.
• Log system errors and mix-design changes electronically.
• Input and monitor moisture, adjusting water to maintain target ratio.
• Prevent material waste and control weighing to avoid out-of-spec loads.
• Coordinate with drivers to complete customer orders efficiently.
• Support milestones with high-quality production and uphold safety policies.
