Job summary

Panorama on Seven is seeking a flexible hospitality team member to take and prepare orders, serve beverages and light meals, and maintain outlet cleanliness in a hotel setting. The role requires at least one year of restaurant or F&B experience and the ability to work various shifts, including weekends.

Applicants should be comfortable with alcoholic beverage service, possess a high school diploma, and have good reading skills for safety and operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant / Food and Beverage field.
• Minimum state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
• High school graduate or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training a plus.
• Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS).
• Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare, and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and light meals to guests, courteously and efficiently according to hotel specifications.
• Maintain stock/supplies and cleanliness of outlet and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
• Communicate with General Manager and department managers as needed.
• Respond to and handle guest-related issues pertaining to the department.

Pay: $10.70 per hour, plus tips

Description:

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
• Maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
• Maintains and abides by standards and procedures for operations and safe working conditions in the department.
• Responsible for responding and handling guest related issues pertaining to the department.
• Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
