Food City in Morristown, TN is seeking a Starbucks experience associate to deliver prompt service, quality beverages, and a clean, welcoming environment for shoppers.

You will prepare and serve Starbucks drinks, manage orders at the POS, follow recipes, and uphold food safety standards while engaging customers with product knowledge.

No prior coffee experience is required, but familiarity helps; must be 16+, HS diploma, and able to work on-site.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Food Service/Coffee experience a plus, but not required.
• Learn how to mix a wide variety of coffee and tea products.
• Learn the ingredients that go into various products.
• Work with various Starbucks ingredients including various coffees, teas, spices, nuts, flavorings, sauces, and oils.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis.
• Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies.

• Operate tools and equipment following safety procedures.
• Follow the company food safety program and handling procedures.
• Attend on-site for scheduled shifts to meet time and attendance policies.
