Job summary

Food City in Crossville, TN is seeking a friendly Starbucks associate to deliver prompt service, craft quality beverages, and keep the store clean and welcoming for shoppers. You will take orders, prepare beverages and food items, operate the POS, and promote the Food City and Starbucks experience with integrity.

Prior coffee experience is a plus but not required; you must be at least 16 years old, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Food Service/Coffee experience a plus, but not required.
• Learn how to mix a wide variety of coffee and tea products.
• Learn the ingredients that go into various products.
• Work with various Starbucks ingredients including coffees, teas, spices, nuts, flavorings, sauces, and oils.

Responsibilities

• Create prompt service, quality beverages, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Take customer orders and ensure timely completion to satisfaction.
• Prepare, bag, pour, and stock Starbucks products with quality and safety.
• Interact with customers and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Process cash transactions using the POS system.
