Food City is seeking a Starbucks Associate to provide prompt service, prepare quality beverages, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. You will take orders, stock items, and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction while upholding Food City and Starbucks standards.

Ideal candidates are 16+ years old, with high school diploma or equivalent; food service experience is a plus but not required. Training will cover coffee/tea preparation and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred but not required.
• Must be able to learn coffee and tea preparation variations.
• Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service and promote Food City and Starbucks values.
• Take orders, prepare and bag beverages, and stock products as needed.
• Operate POS system to handle transactions accurately.
