Food City is seeking a Starbucks associate in Chattanooga to deliver the Starbucks experience, provide prompt service, and maintain a clean, comfortable store environment. You will prepare beverages, stock products, and interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications include being 16+ and a high school diploma; coffee/tea prep knowledge is developed on the job. Training and a collaborative team culture are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Learn how to mix a wide variety of coffee and tea products.
• Work with various Starbucks ingredients and flavors.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and perform routine tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide efficient, courteous customer service to support Food City mission.
• Take orders, complete them promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare, bag, pour, and stock Starbucks products per recipes and standards.
• Maintain a positive, friendly attitude with customers and associates.
• Engage with customers, share product information, and upsell when appropriate.
• Process cash register transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Ensure food and beverage quality and presentation per standards.
• Act with integrity to promote Food City and Starbucks values.
• Operate all tools and equipment safely and in accordance with procedures.
• Follow Food Safety program and on-site safety procedures.
