Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels in Atlanta seeks a dedicated Banquet Server to coordinate and execute banquet events under the Banquet Manager. You will support staff, ensure event orders are accurate, and maintain high guest service standards.

The role requires flexibility for long shifts, working weekends and holidays, and the ability to work in fast-paced kitchen and service areas. Prior banquet experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of banquet server experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise banquet staff to ensure successful function completion.
• Ensure banquet event orders are accurate and followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in function areas and public spaces.
• Engage with group representatives to ensure guest satisfaction during events.
• Communicate changes to event orders promptly to all departments.
