Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact and resolve issues across phone, in person, email or chat.
• Access computerized financial information to answer general and account-specific questions.
• Provide online banking support including password resets and troubleshooting.
• Perform account maintenance such as issuing debit/ATM cards and updating profiles.
• Process stop payment requests and address requested changes.
• Assist with funds transfers including wires and Zelle transactions.
• Support bankers with international checks and foreign currency.
• Balance multiple accounts daily and research non-posted items.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and company policies.
