Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED with emphasis in office skills or related areas.
• Experience: 7 to 11 months related experience and/or training.
• Bilingual ability is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism.
• Thoroughly document issues and resolutions in the contact center system.
• Verify customer identity and protect data per privacy and security policies.
• Upsell or refer to products/services that meet customer needs when appropriate.
