Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring a customer service professional to assist members with new accounts and educate them on available banking products and services. The role includes processing IRA transactions, CDs, and various member services while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The position requires 6 months to 2 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED. You will support tellers and assist with wires, ACH transfers, and routine financial calculations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to operate routine office equipment (telephone, copier, calculator).

Responsibilities

• Open various new accounts and process necessary information, educating members on services/products.
• Explain and expedite opening, closing, transfer, and rollover of IRA certificates.
• Assist with a variety of customer services including CDs, Shared Certificates, safe deposit boxes, checks, and loan/card applications.
• Support tellers as needed and assist with wires, ACH transfers, and fraud resolution.
• Maintain compliance with BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC and other applicable laws and policies.
