Qualifications

Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 year of retail banking or bank operations experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Processes and supports domestic and foreign wire activity with accuracy and customer service.
Performs customer and account maintenance tasks including transfers, research, and updates.
Resolves non-posts, stop payments, and other operational exceptions; supports reconciliations.
Provides professional support to branches, customers, treasury and internal departments.
Ensures adherence to procedures and regulatory guidelines; maintains documentation for audits.
