Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a bank teller to process money transactions and assist customers in a fast-paced office setting. Monday-Friday with rotating Saturday hours, the role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and customer service.

You will open/close accounts, handle deposits, cash checks, issue money orders, and answer questions about rates, services, and charges while following bank policies and privacy rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong math, cash handling, and attention to accuracy.
• Customer-service oriented with discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes accounts.
• Processes deposits and issues receipts.
• Identifies counterfeit currency and answers basic questions.
• Cashes checks with proper ID and funds availability rules.
• Responds to inquiries about rates, services and charges.
• Accepts loan payments and issues receipts.
• Issues personal money orders and cashier’s checks.
• Follows bank policies and procedures.
