Job summary

Citizens Bank is hiring a Branch Banker to be the friendly face of the branch, building lasting relationships by offering trusted financial advice. You’ll guide customers through spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs and promote digital banking tools.

You’ll work with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners to tailor solutions, make outbound calls, and schedule checkups, while upholding all policies and cash handling standards.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting/exceeding goals.
• Ability to identify needs and build customer relationships.
• Experience using digital tools to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.
• SAFE Act pre-employment checks and NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Provide trusted advice and tailor recommendations to customers' financial goals.
• Promote digital banking and app-based transactions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
