Job summary

Citizens Bank seeks a friendly, outgoing Banker/Customer Service Associate to greet customers, understand their financial goals, and provide trusted advice at the branch. You’ll help with everyday transactions, cross-sell solutions, and guide customers toward digital banking.

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
• Proven success in building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
