Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a customer-oriented role focused on providing trusted financial guidance and solutions. You will help customers with spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs, while promoting digital banking tools and building lasting relationships.

Expect a standard 40-hour schedule with weekends/evenings as needed. The salary starts at $25 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking tools (app and ATMs).
• Collaborate with departments to address complex financial needs and schedule financial checkups.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and set up appointments.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
