Job summary

Citizens Bank in Michigan is seeking a customer-focused branch associate to provide trusted financial guidance and recommendations. You’ll engage customers, understand needs, and advise on spending, saving, borrowing and investing solutions, while promoting digital banking channels.

You’ll also collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners to address more complex needs and conduct outbound calls to welcome and check in with customers.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships and advise customers.
• Experience using digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking apps and ATMs.
• Collaborate with partners to assist more complex financial needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
