Job summary

Citizens Financial’s branch team is seeking an engaging Bank Customer Associate to help customers with everyday banking and tailored financial solutions. You will listen to customer needs, build strong relationships, and guide them toward suitable products and services.

You will promote digital banking tools, support sales goals, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners to address more complex needs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and referring products and services.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial solutions, supporting spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Provide tailored recommendations based on customers' financial goals.
• Promote digital and mobile-first banking tools like apps and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
