Citizens Bankers is seeking a customer-centric team member to join our branch and help customers achieve their financial goals. You will provide trusted advice, handle inquiries, and guide customers through a range of banking products and services.

You will use strong communication and problem-solving skills to tailor financial solutions, support spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs, and promote digital banking tools for convenient self-service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs
• Proven ability to build relationships and refer products
• Skills in using digital technology to support business goals
• Ability to multitask and work with teammates
• Completion of SAFE Act pre-employment checks and NMLS identifier

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions
• Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking options
• Collaborate with partners to address complex financial needs
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups
