Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a customer-focused representative to build lasting relationships by offering trusted financial guidance and multi-channel support. You will learn clients' goals and tailor recommendations across spending, saving and borrowing needs, while guiding them toward digital banking tools and convenient solutions.

You’ll partner with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams to address complex needs, make outbound calls, and schedule financial checkups.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success in building relationships and referencing products and services.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial advice and solutions to customers.
• Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Promote digital and mobile banking and assist with using apps/ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners.
