• Provide training/coaching to Credit Analysts as assigned.
• Manage credit quality. Structure, underwrite and recommend new and existing relationships in accordance with Company credit policy.
• Manage assigned customer relationships and bring in appropriate product specialists as needed.
• Resolve customer problems and act as a liaison with other departments to ensure superior service.
• Develop and implement relationship strategies for cross-selling bank products and services.
• Stay current on lending policies, products, and services.
• Participate in community and CRA activities to promote the Company’s brand.
