Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant banking experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of banking policies and procedures.
• Solid understanding of Accounting, Financial Accounting and Commercial Credit underwriting.
• Excellent communication, sales, and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Market new commercial banking clients to Bank of Marin.
• Manage and grow portfolio client relationships to meet growth and credit quality goals.
• Oversee loans, deposits, and other Bank product offerings for portfolio clients.
• Lead larger, more complex loans with limited guidance from Regional Manager.
• Provide guidance to Relationship Managers I and II and coordinate with Portfolio Manager and Credit Administration for timely loan closings.
