Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Sales Ops Service Manager-RBC/CNB Synergies to support Relationship Managers and Banking Advisors. You will handle client inquiries, deposits, wires, and account activity while maintaining risk controls and ensuring high-quality service.

In this role you will identify cross-sell opportunities, coordinate with Wealth Management, International, and Treasury Management, and uphold knowledge of all bank products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in client service or banking operations.
• 5+ years in banking/financial services environment.
• 5 years of experience with bank products and services (deposits, wealth mgmt, cash mgmt, international).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between clients and bank areas.
• Resolve inquiries/complaints and follow up for satisfaction.
• Cross-sell a wide variety of bank services to clients.
• Perform deposit ops and processing, including wires and new accounts.
• Review deposits and approve/hold transactions within authority.
