Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Sales Ops Service Mgr-RBC/CNB Synergies to provide day-to-day servicing for Relationship Managers and Banking Advisors, resolving client inquiries and identifying cross-sell opportunities. The role oversees operational risk in client servicing and transaction processing for the portfolio.

The incumbent will act as primary liaison, manage deposits, wires, and account activity, and ensure accurate information delivery to maintain client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client service, banking operations or relationship management support.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a banking/financial services environment.
• Experience with bank products and services (deposits, wealth management, cash management, international, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between the client and all areas of the bank; follow up to ensure completion and satisfaction.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints; take action to prevent future problems and escalate as needed.
• Analyze client needs to cross-sell a wide variety of Bank services and connect clients with Wealth Management, International, and Treasury Management.
• Participate in cross-sell activities with the Relationship Manager/Banking Advisor.
• Handle deposit operations including processing deposits, wires, and online/mobile banking inquiries; review and approve transactions.
