Job summary

City National Bank in the United States seeks a Sales Ops Service Manager for RBC/CNB Synergies in Denver to service Relationship Manager clients and relieve them of operational duties. You will resolve inquiries, manage deposits and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will be the primary liaison across bank areas, review reports, and approve transactions within authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client service, banking operations or banking relationship management support
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a banking or financial services environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience with bank products and services (deposits, wealth management, cash management, international, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between the client and all areas of the bank. Follow up on client requests to ensure completion and satisfaction.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints and take action to prevent recurrence. Contact clients regarding overdrafts and follow up to resolve.
• Analyze client needs to cross-sell bank services and introduce clients to Wealth Management, International, and Treasury Management.
• Participate in cross-sell activities with Relationship Manager/Banking Advisor as appropriate.
• Perform deposit operations-related activities, review deposits, approve checks for cashing, and initiate wires.
• Review deposits and approve transfers/overdrafts/fee waivers within authority; monitor reports to prevent loss to the Bank.
• Escalate potential risk and maintain up-to-date knowledge of account activity; facilitate new deposit account requests.
• Complete KYCs for new clients/entities/loans and ensure clear disclosures and documentation.
