Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Sales Ops Service Manager to support Relationship Managers and Banking Advisors, handling day-to-day client servicing and operational tasks. You will liaise with all bank areas to resolve inquiries, process deposits, and manage risk to protect the client and bank.

You will identify cross-sell opportunities based on client needs, and support with KYCs, disclosures, and new deposits, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring accurate processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client service, banking operations or banking relationship management support.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with bank products and services (e.g. deposits, wealth management, cash management, international, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between the client and all areas of the bank.
• Perform follow up with all client requests to ensure completion and satisfaction.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints and take appropriate action to prevent future problems.
• Analyze client needs to cross-sell a wide variety of Bank services.
• Maintain knowledge of all bank products and services.
• Risk Management/Compliance and deposit operations responsibilities as assigned.
