Job summary

City National Bank in Washington state is seeking a Sales Ops Service Manager for RBC/CNB Synergies to support Relationship Managers and relieve them from account operations. You will resolve inquiries, process deposits and wires, and identify cross-sell opportunities while maintaining risk controls.

Responsibilities include serving clients, coordinating with bank areas, approving transactions within authority, and ensuring accurate knowledge of products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client service, banking operations or banking relationship management support.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with bank products and services (e.g. deposits, wealth management, cash management, international, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between the client and all areas of the bank. Perform follow up with all client requests to ensure completion and satisfaction.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints and take appropriate action to prevent future problems. Contact clients regarding overdrafts and perform follow-up to resolve situation.
• Analyze client needs to cross-sell a wide variety of Bank services. Introduce clients to appropriate area within the Bank such as Wealth Management, International, and Treasury Management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of account activity by reviewing reports daily and identify potential problems to avoid financial loss to the Bank.
• Approve items from Banking Offices, EIP, Non Post, etc. and complete KYCs for new clients/entities/loans.
