Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Sales Ops Service Manager-RBC/CNB Synergies to service Relationship Manager/Banking Advisor clients and support deposit operations. The role balances client service, cross-selling opportunities, and risk management across online/mobile banking and account activity.

You will analyze client needs, resolve inquiries, and coordinate with various bank areas to ensure quality service and retention. A strong background in banking operations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client service, banking operations or banking relationship management support.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with bank products and services (deposits, wealth management, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between the client and all areas of the bank.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints and take action to prevent future problems.
• Analyze client needs to cross-sell a wide variety of bank services.
• Maintain knowledge of all bank products and services.
• Participate in cross-sell activities with Relationship Manager/Banking Advisor.
• Perform deposit operations-related activities and process deposits.
• Review deposits and approve/hold transfers within delegated authority.
