City National Bank is seeking a Sales Ops Service Manager to oversee day‑to‑day servicing for Relationship Managers and Banking Advisors, ensuring accurate processing and high client satisfaction.

You will act as the primary liaison across bank areas, resolve inquiries, assess client needs to cross‑sell services, and monitor deposits and risk within delegated authority. Strong knowledge of bank products and risk management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in client service or banking operations.
• Minimum 5 years in banking/financial services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between clients and bank areas to ensure requests are fulfilled.
• Resolve inquiries, prevent issues, and address overdrafts with follow-up.
• Cross-sell bank services by assessing client needs and linking to Wealth/International/Treasury.
• Process deposits, wires, and online/mobile banking transactions per authority.
• Maintain risk controls and monitor deposits and transfers per policies.
