Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Sales Ops Service Manager-RBC/CNB Synergies to provide day-to-day servicing for Relationship Manager/Banking Advisor clients and to relieve RM/Bank Advisor from account-specific operational duties.

You will resolve client inquiries, identify cross-sell opportunities, and oversee risk in transaction processing across the portfolio. The role supports deposits, wire transfers, and online/mobile banking activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in client service or banking operations.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a banking environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with bank products and services (e.g. deposits, wealth management, cash management, international).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between clients and all bank areas to ensure requests are completed and satisfaction is achieved.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints and take actions to prevent recurrence; follow up on overdrafts and related issues.
• Analyze client needs to identify cross-sell opportunities for bank services and connect clients to Wealth Management, International, and Treasury Management as appropriate.
• Perform deposit operations-related activities: review deposits, approve checks for cashing, process transfers, and support mobile/online banking inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of account activity by reviewing reports and identify potential risks; escalate as needed.
• Facilitate new deposit account requests with disclosures and document gathering; complete KYCs for new clients/entities/loans.
