Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

• Minimum 6 months customer service experience
• Banking/credit card industry experience preferred
• Strong PC skills & fast-paced multitasking ability
• Willing to reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address near Arnold, MO

Responsibilities
