Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written format.
• Exceptional listening and relationship building skills.
• Creative problem solver.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred experience in banking and credit card industries.
• Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills.
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and resilient in a metric-driven environment.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence, near Arnold, MO.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer needs with empathy and build rapport.
• Handle Debit/Credit Card related calls and fraud inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work with proper account notation.
• Track and retrieve information in call tracking systems.
• Be comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and transaction disputes.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences with a smile.
