Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent listening and relationship-building abilities
• Creative problem solver
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience
• Banking/credit card industry experience preferred
• Strong PC navigation skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
• Eager to learn new technologies
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid US address near Arnold, MO

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; build rapport and clarify requirements
• Handle Debit/Credit Card and Fraud-related calls and inquiries
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services
• Prepare complete and accurate work with proper account notation
• Document and retrieve information in the call-tracking system
• Be comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and transaction disputes
• Ensure service meets contractual KPIs
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
