Concentrix in Arnold, MO, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our diverse team delivering exceptional experiences for leading brands. You’ll support debit/credit card customers, handle inquiries, and help prevent fraud while growing with a Fortune 500 company.

We provide training, ongoing support, and opportunities for career advancement, with a base pay of $17/hour plus incentives. Eligible employees receive health benefits, a 401(k), PTO, and training days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening and relationship-building skills.
• Creative problem solver.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Experience in banking or credit card industries preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills.
• Proficient multitasking in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Must reside in the United States and near Arnold, MO.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer needs, show empathy, and build rapport while clarifying requirements.
• Handle Debit/Credit Card and related fraud/inquiry calls and account actions.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work with proper account notation.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking system.
• Be comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and disputes.
• Ensure service meets contractual KPIs.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
