Concentrix in Arnold, MO, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service for a Fortune 500 company. You will support debit/credit card accounts, handle fraud inquiries, and maintain knowledge of products while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening and relationship-building abilities.
• Creative problem solver.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Preferred experience in banking and credit card industries.
• Strong PC skills and computer navigation.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Eager to learn new technologies.
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid US address near Arnold, MO.

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to customer needs; build rapport; clarify requirements; use resources to resolve issues.
• Handle Debit/Credit Card calls and fraud inquiries; service accounts and related tasks.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriate notation of accounts.
• Be tenacious in tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in call tracking database.
• Be comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and transaction disputes.
• Ensure service meets contractual KPI targets.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
