Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written format.
• Exceptional listening and relationship building skills.
• Creative problem solver.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
• Banking/credit card industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PC navigation and multitasking.
• Must reside in the United States and near Arnold, MO.

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
• Handle both Debit/Credit Card and Debit/Credit Card Fraud calls and related inquiries.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work with proper account notation.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking systems.
• Be comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and transaction disputes.
• Ensure service meets contractual KPIs.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
