Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Prefer experience in banking or credit card industries.
• Proficient PC skills and ability to navigate computer systems.
• Must reside in the United States near Arnold, MO.

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to customer needs and build rapport while resolving issues.
• Service debit/credit card accounts and related inquiries, including fraud considerations.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work with proper notation of accounts.
• Document and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
