Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, identify referral opportunities, and promote bank products. You will open new deposit accounts, handle transactions, and support sales platforms while following security and policy guidelines.

The role emphasizes outbound onboarding calls, prospecting Retail customers, and promoting Retail banking relationships. Community engagement opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Proactively identify referral opportunities and promote bank products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

• Open new deposit accounts and process transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Personally models Bank mission, vision and pledge.
• Assess customers' financial needs and refer to partners for promotion of products.
• Accept and process financial service transactions accurately.
• Open new deposit accounts and operate cash drawer with proper balancing.
• Follow security and audit procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Meet production and referral goals via outreach and onboarding calls.
• Collaborate with branch staff to promote a team environment.
• Prioritize activities to meet location goals and drive results.
• Conduct outbound calls to onboard new customers and referrals.
• Educate team on opportunities to promote financial wellness.
• Support daily operations including vault, cash levels, and inventory.
• Participate in staff meetings and assist customers with banking matters.
