WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, open deposit accounts, and promote banking products. The role emphasizes identifying customer needs, making referrals to partners, and maintaining strict security and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of cash handling, sales and customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of banking experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Open new deposit accounts and handle cash drawer with balance accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and identify customer needs for referrals.
• Promote bank products and services and refer to internal partners as appropriate.
• Make outbound calls for onboarding and prospecting Retail customers.
• Maintain security procedures and compliance with bank policies.
• Build relationships with customers and internal partners to meet goals.
