Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Models the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge.
• Assess financial needs and refer customers to partners for product promotion.
• Process financial service transactions and open deposit accounts.
• Follow cash handling and balancing procedures and support daily vault duties.
• Achieve production and referral goals through outbound calls and referrals.
• Communicate with branch staff to promote a team environment and meet goals.
