Responsibilities

• Handle Debit/Credit Card and Fraud-related calls and account maintenance tasks.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Document and notation of accounts in call tracking systems.
• Support fraud prevention, collections, and disputes while meeting KPIs.
