Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written format.
• Exceptional listening and relationship building skills.
• Creative problem solver.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred experience in banking/credit card industries.
• Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills.
• Proficient in fast-paced multi-tasking in a metric-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address near Arnold, MO.

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; build rapport and clarify requirements.
• Handle Debit/Credit Card and Fraud-related calls and account inquiries.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work notes and documentation.
• Be tenacious in tracking and retrieving information in call tracking systems.
• Support fraud prevention, collections, and transaction disputes.
• Ensure service meets contractual KPIs.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
