Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Experience in banking or credit card industries is a plus.
• Strong PC knowledge and navigation skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid US address near Arnold, MO.

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns and build rapport.
• Handle Debit/Credit Card and fraud-related inquiries and transactions.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate account work and notations.
• Track and retrieve information in call tracking databases.
• Be comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and disputes.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude.
