Qualifications

• 6+ months customer service experience.
• Banking/credit card industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and navigating software.
• Must reside in the United States near Arnold, MO.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer needs, show empathy, and build rapport; resolve non-standard issues.
• Handle Debit/Credit Card and Fraud calls; manage account-related inquiries and actions.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work with proper account notation.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in the call-tracking system.
• Be comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and disputes.
• Ensure services meet contractual KPIs and deliver expert, friendly experiences.
