Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written format.
• Exceptional listening and relationship building skills.
• Creative problem solver.
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred banking and credit card industry experience.
• Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills.
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking in a metric-driven environment.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address near Arnold, MO.

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while building rapport.
• Servicing Debit/Credit Card and related fraud calls; handle accounts and transactions.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work with proper notation of accounts.
• Be tenacious in tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in call tracking database.
• Be comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and transaction disputes.
• Ensure service delivered meets contractual KPI.
