Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication in verbal and written format.

• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
• Banking/credit card experience preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address, near Arnold, MO.

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to customer needs and build rapport; resolve non-standard issues.
• Handle Debit/Credit Card and Fraud calls; manage accounts and transactions.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work with proper account notation.
• Track and retrieve information in call tracking database.
• Be comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and disputes.
• Ensure service meets contractual KPIs.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
