Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in an inbound call center.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve customer inquiries with first call resolution.
• Answer inbound phone inquiries in a timely, professional manner with a personalized experience.
• Provide tier one digital banking support and assist with online banking issues and Reg-E disputes.
