Qualifications

• Residence in the United States with a valid U.S. address near Arnold, MO.

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to customer needs and resolve issues with empathy.
• Handle Debit/Credit Card and Card Fraud inquiries and transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work notes.
• Track and retrieve information in call-tracking systems.
• Support fraud prevention, collections, and disputes.
• Meet contractual performance KPIs and deliver excellent service.
