Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written format.
• Exceptional listening and relationship-building skills.
• Creative problem solver.
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred experience in banking and credit card industries.
• Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills.
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and able to demonstrate resiliency.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address and reside near Arnold, MO.

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
• Servicing Debit/Credit Card and Debit/Credit Card Fraud Calls, including transactions, accounts, and fraud inquiries.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriate notation of accounts.
• Be tenacious in tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in call tracking database.
• Be comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and transaction disputes.
• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual KPIs.
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
